Which members are returned nearer the top of the results When an Employer searches for their skills?

The first criteria is that the skills match what the employer is looking for. If the employer restricts their search to a Region, such as 'Wales' or 'South East' then only members in that Region are returned. If the employer searches the whole UK or globally, then all members offering the skills are returned.

The order in which results are shown is as follows. Premium Gold members first, then Premium members, and then Standard members. However, within these members the results may be sorted again.

We may return members with fewer skills before members with lots of skills. If one member has, say, just one skill, and it is the skill being searched, then this member appears more dedicated to that particular skill than another member who lists twenty other skills. More recently active members may also be returned before members that have not logged in as recently. We do this becasue the more recently active member is more likely to be currently seeking work and available.
