Profiles posted on the web site are approved by our Moderators before they appear.

Your listing will be rejected it ignores any of the following:

• Do not submit a full CV; your listing will be rejected by our Moderators. All employers want at this stage is a few paragraphs about you as a person and your skills.
• Do not include your real name, your company name, any personal information or contact details including web sites.
• Do not write in a list or use headings. Only the first line is seen on the initial search results, so make sure your opening sentence includes some key qualities that will make an employer want to expand your listing to read the rest.
• Do not write in ALL CAPS, employers will think you cannot type.

Your details will appear on the web site straight away, but please allow up to one working day for our Moderators to approve your profile.
